A small, intimate group of women coming together to support one another as they bring an important project to life.
For eight months, you’ll be surrounded by women who believe in your vision, celebrate your progress, challenge your limiting beliefs, and remind you of your strength whenever you forget.

Duration: 8 months (September to April)
Group size: 10–12 women
Format: Online
Telegram group : You will be in contact with the rest of the group with Telegram.
Monthly practices and exercices to deepen the process.
2 individual sessions with Sophie to be guided and coached one on one.
Investment:

Why I created Circle Up
For the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of guiding people through learning, growth and transformation. I have held dozens of women’s circle and two beautiful women’s retreats. I have also been studying self coaching and applying it on myself.
Again and again, I’ve witnessed the incredible power of being truly seen, heard and supported by a group.
I’ve also seen how many beautiful ideas remain hidden because we try to carry them on our own.
Circle Up was born from the desire to create the kind of space I deeply believe in.
A space where women can dream bigger, move forward with confidence, and remind each other that they don’t have to do it alone.

Does my project have to be a business?
Not at all. Your project can be personal, creative, professional, or related to a life transition. What matters is that it feels meaningful to you.
What if my idea isn’t fully clear yet?
That’s perfectly okay. Clarity often comes through action and conversation.
What if I’m shy?
You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room. Every voice has its place, and everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace.
What if I miss a session?
All our calls will be recorded and posted on our group so that you can watch it afterwards.
Is everything shared confidential?
